Melt Bar & Grilled Featured on Food Network’s ‘The Best Thing I Ever Ate’ on September 26
CLEVELAND, OHIO – Melt Bar & Grilled, a Cleveland favorite for gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, will be featured in an upcoming episode of The Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever Ate,” set to air on September 26 at 9 p.m.
Ever wonder what the biggest food stars and chefs eat in their free time? “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” lets viewers in on the secret. And this time, celebrity pastry chef and host of “Dessert First” Anne Thornton goes ga-ga over Melt’s “Godfather” sandwich, piled high with three-cheese lasagna, fresh fennel-oregano pasta sheets, spicy red sauce, provolone and garlic spiked bread, all melted together for a delicious combo you can’t refuse.
To commemorate the episode, titled “Messy,” Melt will hold a Premiere Party beginning at 8 p.m. Draft beers will be $1 off and “The Godfather” sandwich will be the featured selection. The episode, which also features a burger smothered in slaw and bread oozing with chocolate, airs again at midnight.

Melt has recently been recognized by a plethora of grilled cheese lovers, including PETA, who praised Melt’s “Kindergarten” grilled cheese sandwich as a top vegan choice, “ESPN The Magazine,” which named Melt one of the top 10 best sports bars in the country, and “Field and Stream” Magazine, which featured Melt’s Lake Erie Monster walleye sandwich in a full-page spread.
Melt also recently unveiled a new website at www.meltbarandgrilled.com—a place for everything Melt, from rave reviews to the story behind the popular restaurant chain to an online store for dedicated Melt aficionados. The new Melt site is a central hub for all three Melt locations: on the Eastside at 14718 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood, on the Westside at 13436 Cedar Road in Cleveland Heights, and opening October 7 in the South at Liberty Commons on Rockside Road in Independence.

I am sure it is an oversite, but Lakewood is on the WEST side and Cleveland Heights is on the EAST side of town. I would not want to confuse out of towners! BTW,the same mistake is on your Independence opening press release.
I am looking forward to the new restaurant opening!
Thanks Cindy, sorry for the typo. We will have it fixed on future releases.
