Farm to Table Week in Columbus
Melt Bar and Grilled is participating in Farm to Table Week at our Columbus location.
We have created a special 3 course menu consisting of items containing over 70% ingredients sourced from Ohio farmers and suppliers.
August 18 – 24
- Appetizer – Ohio Cheese Curds Tempura battered Ohio Cheddar Cheese Curds with a Sweet Ohio honey mustard dipping sauce
- Sandwich – Ohio Fried Chicken and Biscuits Melt Fresh Ohio Chicken braised in sweet Brother Drake Mead then crispy breaded and deep fried, Homemade Cheddar Biscuits, Ohio Sweet Corn Puree, Chicken Pan Gravy, Ohio White Cheddar Cheese
- Dessert – Cinnamon Sugar Ohio Apple Pierogi Savory Ohio City Pasta Cinnamon Pierogi filled with a sweet ricotta and Ohio apple filling. Deep fried and served with an OYO Bourbon Caramel Sauce
