We have been spending some extra time in the secret mad scientist Melt test kitchen/laboratory to create some awesome new additions to the permanent menu. The new items include The Buffalo Tofu Appetizer, The Wet Hot Buffalo Chicken Melt, and The Turtle Pizza Roll Melt. Some favorite sandwiches have also been re-worked which include the Lake Erie Monster, The Cheese Steak, The Purple Parma and The Tokyo Tuna Melt magically transformed into The Rising Sun Melt! We promise all the changes to your favorite sandwiches will be welcomed and enjoyed thoroughly. Just another reason why Melt Bar and Grilled has been voted Best Restaurant in Cleveland!

We also have our new Spring Drink menu available in all 3 locations!

May the 4th be with you! This weekend in International Star Wars day and we are celebrating with Millennium Falcon Themed Sandwiches & Drinks, available Friday, May 4th and Saturday, May 5th! SANDWICHES

The Wookie Melt. Caramelized Banana, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Sweet Cream Cheese, Crispy Battered to a golden Wookie brown. Coated in rich chocolate and peanut butter cake batter and covered with toasted Coconut. Mixed Berry Preserves for dipping. No Slaw and Double Fries. It is a known fact that Wookies no not like cabbage.

The Triple Deck Han Solo Burger. 2 – 8oz ground steak burgers, 3 slices of grilled bread, Russian Dressing, Fresh Lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, Double American Cheese

DRINKS

The Bounty Hunter. Cane Sugar, fresh lime juice and basil leaves crushed and shaken with ice, Bulliet Rye Bourbon and mixed berry preserves then topped with Champagne

The Mai Tie Fighter. Fresh lemons, oranges and lime juice crushed and shaken with Bacardi Rum, Amaretto, Triple Sec, Pineapple Juice and Meyers Dark Rum

Blue Milk Martini. Stolichnaya Vanilla, Malibu Rum, Coco Lopez and Blue Curacao all shaken with ice and sprinkled with toasted coconut

Rolling out is Monday, April 16! Featuring some new and old favorites. The Peeeaaach!, The Dark & Stormy, The Wet Hot Buffalo Mary, The Honey Jack Slinger, The Melt Margarita, The Melt Jalapeno Margarita.

NEW MENU SELECTIONS COMING SOON

We are feverously working to add the 2 new favorite items to the Melt Bar and Grilled menu. The Wet Hot Buffalo Chicken and the Buffalo Tofu Appetizer will both be added to the permanent Melt menu sometime in April. Details to come soon via Facebook, Twitter and this site.
