Melt Bar and Grilled offers Melt Fundraising Days in all 6 of our locations. The program we have in place is very simple, and has shown to be very successful for those organizations that have participated so far. In order to approve your fundraising request, there are just a few things that you need to do:
To participate, we ask that your organization follow these steps:
- Pick a few dates (Monday-Thursday) that work best for your group, so that we can check availability
- Pick the Melt location you feel the most supporters would visit
- Email us your dates, location, a logo image and the completed Fundraiser Packet
Your organization has the ability to raise a very sizeable amount of money depending on how many supporters you can rally together! All in-house food purchases, carry out orders, alcohol and in-house merchandise purchases count toward your fundraiser total!
We will design the event flyer and send it back to you with your logo included in the design. Then, on the day of your choice, your supporters would dine in the participating Melt location. They will need to present a copy of the flyer to their server when dining in, or the host when picking up a carryout order. Melt will then donate 20% of the subtotal of that check for every person who presented an event flyer.
