ABOUT AVON PARTY ROOM

The spacious Avon private event room provides seating up to 60.

Our Avon private event room features customizable food and beverage menus, a dedicated event staff, and is located just off I-90 / Route 2 near the corner of Route 83 and Detroit Road. Ample parking is available and tour groups are welcome.
how many people can the room accommodate?

The Avon party room offers seating for up to 60 people. We are unable to remove any unused tables or chairs from the space.

We do offer options for groups larger than 60. Please inquire for additional information.

what is the cost to book the room?

Private reservations cover no more than a three-hour block of time. There is no cost to book the space for the first three hours, as long as you meet the food and beverage minimum spend. The cost of tax, gratuity and the service fee are not credited towards the minimum spend.

Monday-Thursday the minimum spend is $200.

Friday before 4pm the minimum spend is $200.

Friday after 4pm and Saturday-Sunday the minimum spend is $500.

Additional charges will be incurred if space is occupied longer than three hours and any additional hours must be booked in advance. If booked in advance, each additional hour is $25 billed per hour only. If space is occupied longer than the reserved time period, additional charges of $100 are billed per hour only.

is there a service fee or gratuity added to the final bill?

A $15.00 service is applied to the final bill. A 20% gratuity is also applied to all checks within a private event.

Is a deposit required?

An event contract is required to confirm all private reservations. We do not collect a deposit. Payment is due in full on the day of the event.

can i decorate prior to the start of the event?

You are more than welcome to access the space 45 minutes early if you would like to decorate or set up. This time is in addition to the three-hour event time and there is no additional cost. Service is not available during the set up time. Table linens, decorations, flowers, balloons etc. are welcome. You are not permitted to hang anything from the walls or ceiling. Confetti is not permitted. We kindly request any décor items brought in, be disposed of prior to leaving the restaurant.

what are the menu options?

You are able to have the entire menu available to your guests, or offer a pared-down limited menu. Buffet option available as well. For large groups, buffet is our meal style suggestion!

can i bring a dessert?

While we do not allow outside food or beverage, you are permitted to bring a cake or dessert item if you wish! Please plan to bring a server/knife, plates and forks for the cake or dessert. These items will not be provided.

can melt facilitate live music acts?

We are not able to accommodate live music. We also do not permit outside entertainment such as DJs or karaoke.

I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude. Everything was perfect! The service (servers) were marvelous. These girls were on top of their game. Everyone bragged about the great service. The girls checked in with me often and made sure that if I needed anything they were there. Also thank the chefs as well, they too also do not get enough recognition.
